Beef – Use a decent-to-good tenderloin, flank, New York strip / Porterhouse / Sirloin;
Honey and black pepper
Oyster sauce – loaded with complex flavours.
Soy sauce – ordinary all purpose soy sauce.
Garlic and onion
1.cook the beef first, then take it out.
2.Then we simmer the sauce in the pan until it becomes syrupy, and throw the beef and onions back.

3.Finally with a bowl of white rice.
